JBS Australia recently held a producers night in conjunction with the opening of EKKA on 11 August. The function was held against the backdrop of the main arena during a spectacular fireworks display and showcased several of the JBS branded beef products together with other protein options.
The Thousand Guineas Shorthorn Beef product was one of the featured branded products to be served – “Thousand Guineas Shorthorn boneless BBQ short rib with Paris mash”
Steve Groom, JBS Livestock Manager Northern and Brendan Tatt, Commercial Manager JBS Australia Northern both addressed the attendees and introduced the JBS Management team present that evening; they expressed their thanks to the producers present for supporting the branded product concept.
David Spencer Beef Shorthorn Society Federal Councillor and Matt Ashby, President of Shorthorn Beef represented the Shorthorn Family on the evening.
